We know that food is a very important part of your trip, so we include all the best quality food and snacks throughout your trek, this food along the route is prepared with ingredients purchased at the local market in Cusco. All products are fresh, healthy and delicious. These products are transported by our team of porters to the different mountain routes.
The food will be prepared by a specialized chef in a small tent equipped with a small kitchen and all the necessary utensils. They are professionally trained, who prepare the best breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks along the way. And if you require a special diet… Don’t worry, our team of cooks will be able to prepare meals for vegetarians, vegans and all special dietary allergies.
Every day you will wake up to the smell of something fantastic cooking in the cooks’ tents and especially the smell of hot coca tea wafting from your tent in the early hours of the morning.
In addition, we know that drinking water is very important and hydration during your trek is an essential part, that is why we take water from the taps located at each camp, and then boil it for approximately 15 minutes so that it is safe for you to drink. Then, you just need to carry enough water to the first lunch stop. You have the opportunity to refill your water bottles daily at every breakfast and dinner.

BREAKFAST
Every morning you will enjoy a hearty breakfast that will give you enough energy and calories to start a great day of trekking. Breakfast selection includes:
- Andean bread (traditional bread baked in colonial ovens).
- Toast
- Pancake with caramel drizzle.
- A variety of teas (Coca, Aniseed, Manzanilla, Pure Tea)
- Coarse oatmeal with large fresh chunks of sweet apples.
- Butter and jam or marmalade.
- Omelet stuffed with peppers, celery, carrots, radishes and cheese

- Cereal
- Fruit salad

BOCADILLO
Following our daily breakfast, our chefs will prepare small care packages for you to take on your snack trip. We will give you this snack at the beginning of each walking day in a cloth bag per person to avoid the use of plastic bags that pollute our environment. These refreshment packages include:

LUNCH
Every day, lunches are normally taken after hiking for approximately 4 hours. Our lunches always have a great balance of sufficient protein, all rich in carbohydrates and suitable for trekking, and quantity control. Our chefs will present excellent dishes that include:

- Cream of mushroom soup
- Quinoa soup
- Vegetable soup
- Peruvian chicken salad

TIME FOR TEA
After lunch, we will continue our hike along the trail for 3 more hours before arriving at the camp. After settling into our tents (and getting cleaned up), we will enjoy the traditional tea time that occurs at 5pm. and we will instantly be in a relaxing mood. This tea time is because after a day of walking, many are hungry and it is a bit annoying to wait until dinner, so we toast tea time. These tea time sessions include:

- Cookies with jam, honey and butter

DINNER
